Caleffi Connect Competition – Terms & Conditions
1.Promoter: Waterware Services Limited T/A Waterware Group (Waterware), Auckland. By entering, you agree to these terms.
2.Dates: Opens 12:00am 15 October 2026 and closes 11:59pm 15 December 2026 (NZDT). Entries outside these dates won't count.
3.Who can enter: NZ residents aged 18 or over. Waterware employees, directors and contractors, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running the competition can't enter. We may ask for proof of identity, age or eligibility before awarding a prize.
4.How to enter:
- Join The Install (1 entry): Sign up to The Install: Connecting with the Trade at https://waterware.zoholandingpage.com.au/caleffi-connect/. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.
- Share a Caleffi Connect install (1 entry per qualifying post): Post a photo or video of a Caleffi Connect install on Instagram tagging @waterwarenz, or post it in the comments of our Facebook competition post. There's no limit, and the same install can feature in more than one post.
- Not on social media? Send us a photo or video at marketing@waterware.co.nz and we'll post it for you. Each accepted submission is 1 entry.
- Qualifying posts: Must show a genuine Caleffi Connect installation in NZ, carried out by an authorised plumber, and be posted during the competition. Posts, Reels and Stories count if Waterware is tagged and can see and record them. If your account is private, DM us a screenshot before the competition closes. We may reject entries that are fake, AI-generated, automated, non-compliant, offensive or can't be verified, and may ask winners for proof such as an invoice or job reference.
- Prizes: Two prizes nationwide, each a Dometic Cool-Ice chilly bin plus a $400 Hunting & Fishing NZ gift card. One prize per person. Prizes aren't transferable or redeemable for cash. The gift card is subject to Hunting & Fishing's terms and can't be used for firearms, ammunition or licences. If a prize item becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.
- Draw: Entering doesn't guarantee a prize. Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries nationwide on the morning of 16 December 2026 at Waterware, Auckland. More entries mean more chances to win, but every entry has an equal chance of being drawn. Prizes are not allocated by region. If someone is drawn twice, we'll redraw.
- Winners: We'll contact winners by direct message, email or phone, and their local Territory Manager will arrange handover. Winners must respond within 24 hours as we aim to hand over prizes by Monday 21 December 2026, but this isn't guaranteed and may fall in January 2027 if a redraw is needed. Delivery within NZ is free. Winners' first names and towns may be published, and winner photos are optional.
- Your content: By entering, you confirm you created the content or have permission to share it (including the homeowner's OK), and that anyone identifiable has agreed to be shown. You let Waterware repost and use it across our channels to promote Caleffi Connect, with credit where practical. A repost doesn't mean Waterware has approved the install.
- Privacy and The Install: We use your details to run the competition, verify entries, contact winners and deliver prizes, in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and our privacy policy (https://www.waterware.co.nz/terms-and-conditions/ section 18). Signing up to The Install means you agree to receive it. You can unsubscribe any time, and your entry still stands.
- General: This competition isn't sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Dometic or Hunting & Fishing, and entrants release Meta from any liability. These terms won't change once the competition starts, except where required by law. Waterware isn't responsible for entries lost to technical issues or privacy settings.
